The partner and co-founder of a Dusseldorf law firm specialized in commercial law, Peter Rädler represented numerous clients in litigation before he was appointed to the bar at the Federal Court of Justice. Peter has since intensified his focus on commercial law in proceedings before the Federal Court of Justice and, further, has developed an in-depth command and understanding of administrative and constitutional law, and European Union law.
Peter’s focus is on commercial and corporate law, banking and capital markets law, contractual and tortious liability law (including state liability law), competition and antitrust law as well as the judicial control of arbitration proceedings.
Given his international background, Peter is always happy to correspond and work on matters in English.
